How to Initiate a Return

Steps to start a return for items you purchased.

1. Log in to your account and select My Orders.

2. Click Return next to the item.

3. Print the return shipping label and follow the packaging instructions.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receiving the item. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
