Return and Exchange Policy

Understand how to return or exchange items you purchased.

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of receipt.

Steps to return/exchange:

1. Log in to your account and select the order.

2. Click Return/Exchange next to the item.

3. Follow the instructions to print a shipping label.

Important Notes:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the item.

• Sale items may have different return conditions.
